Much like week three, I feel awful, haven't been tracking my food, and haven't been very active. Well, it all showed on the scale this morning when I came in at 205.5 a gain of 3.5 pounds. So, I'm going back to the basics and finding that track again. Not much else to report this week, so I'll hopefully feel better next week. Wish me luck! Have great weekend!

You hang in there, Carrie. Unfortunately frustration is often part of the journey when we make lifestyle changes. Don't give up!! You will feel better and you WILL be successful. I believe in you!!!
