Two Dogs Rose

Here are a couple of pictures of the band performing on the main stage at the Dogwood Festival. Thought you might enjoy. Members: Nathan Wilson (guitar and lead vocals), Danny Hartman (rhythm guitar), Dillard Woodall (bass), and Clark on drums.

The bad thing about drummers is they are in the back so it is hard to see them. The good thing about drummers is they are loud so you can see them!
I love the name! Would love to hear the story behind that!

Well, that would probably be a better question for Nathan, but I'll tell you what I know. There was this old man that worked with Nathan's grandfather named Mr. Rose and he was always telling this joke about two dogs and so he kinda got the nickname Two Dogs Rose and Nathan thought that would be a great band name some day. So when he formed the band he already had the name picked out. For their communications class this year, Nathan and Danny did a "Behind the Music: Two Dogs Rose" for their final project and they actually went and filmed the guy that they took the name from. The film turned out great, they got an A on the project and they now have a recording of the "original" Two Dogs Rose.

yeah! i'm very hopeful that he can outgrow it. dr says the longer i can go w/out his having those foods, the greater his chances are of outgrowing. so i'm pretty hardcore about keeping him clear of anything that may have eggs/dairy/nuts/shellfish!

Cool name with a cool origin! Thanks for passing that along. I must hear them preform before they hit it big and I have to camp on the sidewalk with hope of buying tickets. My arthritis henders my sidwald-sleeping!

They have a new CD coming out this summer, but if you want to get a listen to the new songs before they come out, they have a myspace page.
